I love hinoki-carbon blades!!!

You can add to your list:

Yinhe Venus V-1
Yinhe Venus V-2
Yinhe T-1 to T-8 (cypress)

Donic Carbo System Off+
Donic Waldner Carbopower

Joola Markovic (same construction as Joola Emotion)

Sanwei HC-1 to HC-7

Andro Hiloom
Andro Treiber Z

Darker Aryl-carbon

I am not sure about Donic Persson Dotec OFF. I played with it and I don't remember it having hinoki outers nor carbon.

All Innerforce blades have the following construction:

Limba - limba - fiber - ayous - fiber - limba - limba

So no hinoki in there.

Add the new Dr. Neubauer Hercules to your list: Kiso Hinoki with some sort of fiber. I do not know the exact composition since it has a wooden edge guard so you cannot see the plies. Excellent feel and touch. I'd say it is All in slow and touch shots but with a nice catapult when you loop hard with the speed then being more on the Off- side. Best blade if have ever used for anti.
OSP Ultimate; Dr. Neubauer Dominance Spin Hard max, Dr. Neubauer Troublemaker 0.5

(1) Juic SBA (Fl, 85 g) with Bluefire JP3 (red max) on FH and 0.6 mm DR N Desperado on BH; (2) Yinhe T7 (Fl, 87 g) with Bluefire M3 (red 2.0) on FH and 0.6 mm 755 on BH.

The T series actually uses Juniper instead of Cypress.

can't we say juniper and cypress are close enough to hinoki to play the same role in the designer's mind? so they could fit the bill here? I know purists will not agree but there is some room to argue that way isn't it?

Thanks a lot for all your work. I went quickly trough the list and made some spelling corrections and comments in red:

Butterfly Gergley 21 Gergely 21

Butterfly Amultmart ZL Carbon Amultart ZL Carbon

Butterfly Gergley T5000 Gergely T5000

Buttterfly Gergley Alpha Gergely Alpha

Butterfly Ishilon Ishlion

Butterfly Riu Seung Min ZLC (JPEN) Ryu Seung Min ZLC

Cornilleau Hinotec OFF+

Cornileau Hino Carbon OFF+

These 2 Cornilleau are the same blades. The correct name is cornilleau hinotec off+ carbon

Donic Persson Dotec Off

I am pretty sure this blade does not have hinoki outers nor carbon.

Thanks again for the input. Tough call on the T Series blades. From what I can tell Hinoki is specific type of Cypress as well as Juniper is in the Cypress family. All being in the same family, is that enough to be classified as hinoki. I just decided to keep this list as just Hinoki so I eliminated the T Series blades. If there are other Cypress and Juniper blades on this list let me know, as I can take them off as well.

Ttping- Thanks for the spelling corrections and other contributions. I think I fixed them.

Ttprof- Anywhere you can confirm the blade is Hinoki? It doesn't look hinoki from the pics that I've seen.

I agree with fatt. The Yinhe T-series really play similar to hinoki-carbon, enough to be on the list.

Well, according to the official Donic website the blade composition is

0,6 Hinoki
Dotec
0,6 Koto
5,0 Dotec-Balsa
0,6 Koto
Dotec
0,6 Hinoki

The Dotec should be some kind of synthetic fiber, maybe there is no carbon in it, but it seems to be a composite blade with hinoki outers for shure, same applies to the Waldner Dotec Hinoki. Dotec technology is not only about the strange handle, it implies also composite layers if you think that you can trust Donic on this:)
