what would be the best exercise to improve the process of observing incoming ball, decision making, moving into position, swing and recover? When your footwork is there, your shots are there, but in a game situation the above process is just not working as fast as it should be and you are losing time and efficiancy here and there, what drill could make things smoother? Any ideas? Can be multiball or 1-to-1 drill.

something like this would be good I think: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJ_8tEhY_Ck
or a simpler version would be this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2P_zfR4uP1c
