Really? She got banned? I PM'ed her to offer help in Chinese, and I think I got a response from her, but when I looked into my inbox there was no new message. I guess it's because she got banned

I am an umpire, I am empowered to debar a player whose racket is not clearly legal.

I do recall a happining on me that the racket's exterior was warped unduly, non flat blade.
Also, I used to give the blade a try for stifness. This is the way to see if blade is legal.

Blade's inner disorders can not be controlled by umpire.
There is yet no "black list" of   blade brand.
