I'm going to experiment on using RC on attaching rubbers to the blade. Do i attach the rubber to the blade, when the glue is still wet? Or do i attach it like I would with a WBG, wait for it to dry then attach it?

Main Setup:
Timo Boll Spirit
FH: Neo H3 Prov 39deg
BH: Xiom Musa

Stiga Clipper Wood
FH: Neo Skyline 3
BH: Stiga Neos Sound ST

The same as what you did with a WBG

Take care - RC will expand the sponge. I've had bad experiences with some modern rubbers and how they play after RC.

Still, if you're doing it, here's what I would do. One layer on the sponge. Wait for it to dry (optionally, wait a few hours for things to calm down a bit). One layer on the blade. Stick the rubber on while the blade layer is wet. Wait. Done.

But really? Yuk.
This was a great signature until I realised it was overrated.

One thick layer on sponge. One thin layer on blade. Wait until both are completely dry and no dome whatsoever. Then attach and don't stretch.

I've done this with numerous tensors and tenergies.

I'm using Copydex glue and there has been no trouble. One good layer on both blade and rubber and let dry for about 10 minutes

I've used Rubber Cement on cheap rubbers. I don't think I'd use it on a tensor.

Very easy. Layer on the rubber. Layer on the blade. It dries so fast, you can stick it on as soon as you've applied the coats.

Stick on. Put some books on top to let it set for a while. You could really play in 5 mins. It sticks almost instantly.

You'll get a speed glue effect for a couple of hours. After that, the effect should wear off and you're all set.

Cheap & super easy.

To remove, put a light application of vegetable oil on it for 30-60 minutes and snowball off.

Try this on some old rubber first to be safe !

I've never tried to remove it. I mean it soaks into the sponge. When you pull it off sometime later, the sponge looks pretty much the same as before you applied it in the first place.

So I'll just take it off and reglue later on if I wanted to.

I experimented with WBG for a while but I'm back to RC.  It's so much easier to work with and I've never really a need to reglue with it.
Put a coat on the blade and a coat on the sponge.  Let it dry (should be no more than a few minutes) and slap the 2 together.  You can essentially play right away, though I usually give it some time.

I've never successfully taken the glue off though you really don't need to.  If you need to glue it on another blade, you typically don't need to add glue to the rubber, but just the blade.

Someone told me the steps to use RC on tensors and tenergies b4:
1. one VERY thin layer on sponge.
2. wait 15 mins, apply one more VERY thin layer on sponge.
3. wait 15 mins, apply one thick layer on sponge and on blade
4. Wait ~12 hrs, attach :)
