Big strokes and fine blocking. Is he still using Bryce or Bryce Speed? Powerful style I admire a lot. |

Alan was the coach for his team, but he needed to suit up for this match due to being short handed. He didn't do too bad.

I don't think anyone has used Bryce since the speed glue ban, and I can think of only Ma Lin and Michael Maze that used Bryce Speed (FX for ML) Pretty sure Schlager would be using T05

Good match - Schlager seemed cursed until the very end if the highlights are representative.

I like putting heavy topspin on the ball...
Cybershape Carbon FH/BH: H3P 41D. Lumberjack TT, not for lovers of beautiful strokes. No time to train... |

Agree, no chance that the pros still uses Bryce after the speed glue ban, Bryce was made for the speed clue and there are now many better rubbers that are suited for the new ball.

Very fun to watch and should put in my brain as don't ever give up a match no matter how bad you're losing.
So what's wrong with the length of those rallys that the new ball will make "better"? <sarcasm> |

Watching this match seemed familiar to me. Then I scroll down and realize I commented on this video 4 years ago...
