I'm pretty sure there is no difference. The V3 sticker comes off the blade. They all have the "Senso" hollowed out handle.

I only know that there is Donic defplay senso v3 and Donic defplay classic v3.Between these two I think that the difference is the outer ply.Maybe the Donic defplay senso (without v3) the "V3" is not written for short form.I think that the 2 defplay's have v3 handle hole.

Donic Defplay senso v3 is 85grammes,Defplay Classic senso has a v1 sticker not v3 and despite being thicker weighs 70grammes due to the balsa core,easiest way to check which one your looking at is by the weights,also the classics outer ply appears to be stained light blue Koto whereas the v3 is lt brown Anigre outer..ok
