Thin or Thick stiff blade for Plastic Ball?

 I ve been thinking about changing blade for cpen short pips, I think my carbo 7.6 blade that is thinner that my clipper seem more effective for short pips  since i play with plastic ball,any sugestions?must I play with thinner flexy OFF or still going for stiffer harder blades?
