TO All you DHS Hurricane 3 Blue sponge specialists !!!!!
Ive been give a sheet to try i marked 20// with seriel code however i think this is a fake it would be great to get your thoughts to see if this a real deal. It hasn't cost me anything so it is win win either way

Hi Ray, I think that is possible a fake. I'm pretty sure that rubber should be marked with the 22# sponge. The 20# sponge should be orange. I am no expert on these things but hope that helps.

real. pretty old version though. that had to be like right when they started making them.
#20 is now reg orange only but in the beginning reg blue started off as #20. then some changes -> #21 -> #22 before NEO came out. i personally would've just gone with a NEO in that case. those things are designed for use with speed glue. as long as you don't pay more than $30 for those, it's ok

Best if you can show us pics of close up of prints on front of top sheet. That area is easier to tell fake from real.

The package design is new so I doubt the rubber is antique (unless someone swap it out). The print looks good but with plastic wrapping it is hard to see 100%.

I buy the story of TTNPP. I always believe that DHS is not a company that is consistent with their production as most people tend to think they are, especially for those products not meant for export. They certainly play a part for all the chaos.

the sponges are stocked. the topsheets are new. i've seen stockpiles of them in china mfg sites. they have all diff colors "provincial", "national", all without topsheets.
