    Posted: 06/29/2015 at 12:23pm
Hi all, if you know any positve or beneficial ways to utilize the post cut rubber parts of a sheet please post them here.

For me I stored them all in a shoe box as references samples for the future.
I have about 20 pieces now, ranging from 8$ T88-I to $65 Tenergy 05.

I am not talking about the actual cut rubber, but the remaining arc of the rubber sheet.

most of them remain the post-cut arc shape. The top corners are most abundant (1.5 inches)since the blades are round.

You can always piece the rubber together and use it for a miniature or junk paddle. Surprisingly works OK. I wouldnt know what else to do with it

Here is a real one: use it as a door slam protector. Works great.

I just throw them away, but I saw people patch them up to cover the returning board.

People give them to me so that I can measure the sponge hardness and add them to the database.

Beyond that, I can see very little use for them, so I throw them out as well. Seems a waste, but I can't think of a use either.

You can sometimes use them to rub off glue from another rubber, as to not get blisters on your fingers
