I'm using h3 on my forehand and I love it. I want a rubber for my rpb. I want it to be really grippy and high throw angle. especially on slow topspins and openning shots.
h3 could do that but its heavy :( h3 on both sides could kill my fingers...
I've tried cermet, moristo, carbo sound, mambo, sriver el, hammond, bryce fx and they are not spinny or high throw for my liking. so juic 999 elite ultima, joola mambo h, reforma or something else?

if Hammond is not spinny enough for you, then don't try refoma.

try the light chinese stuff: DHS dipper, LKT, Goldway.

another great one is gonna be Neos sound.

hammond was really spinny but its not a high throw rubber. I want a lift when I do a slow topspin. you can feel the friction with h3.

Maybe you can get H3 on a lighter Japanese sponge.

sorry I couldnt tell my problem. I want a rubber both spinny and high throw angle.
hammond and cermet was spinny but they were not high throw especially on slow strokes. and carbo sound + mambo was high throw but they were not spinny at all...
h3 with jap sponge is a good idea but I've tried nittaku h3 jap sponge and it was a mess... I got bubbles all the time(speed glue)
tackifire special soft is spinny but its not light, so...

you can try the "HK team" version that ttman and rossicarbon sells. That thing is so light that it doesn't even feel like H3 but more of a H3 on jap sponge. I wouldn't call it medium hard sponge

I don't like high throw angle rubbers but if you like them you should try Joola Spring Thunder, it's very grippy, light and have absolutely a high throw angle.

I'm not sure about what i'm saying, but a rubber has actually got to be spinny and grippy to have a high arc.Or am i really bad in Physics?

yes you are :P
Actually throw angle is not a simple thing. Yes spin is an issue but sponge softness, dwell time and pimple geometry are also an issue.
