I decided those are just the kind of drills I need to work on. I started out rocking side to side just like in the video. However, before I could move on to the other movements I collapsed to the floor gasping for breathe. I have calculated that if I work diligently, I will be able to complete the entire 15 minurtes of drill by sometime in 2020. That is of course assuming that I am still above ground by then. Mark - Waiting to take the US National Title in the "No Footwork Allowed" division as soon as the USATT realizes that is the division that really matters.

I learned the foot step back and forth movement, with is usually unnoticeable in typical match clips in youtube due to angle of the taping.
