I think G555 is softer than Dipper. It should be played with 2.0 mm thick sponge is better.

I use the Dipper 2.0 black in Forhand . I don't glue . The rubber is medium hard . I play in loop with a lot of spin . The sponge Hardness is 41-43 . This rubber is not sticky, but have a good spin .

Well, maybe I am wrong to give advice since I havent tried any of the rubbers that you have under consideration. But, still I cant help to think that a Globe 999 is a great backhandrubbber. Its a bit slower than G 555 (8 compared to -9 according to my supplier) but thats just to move up to 2.0 thickness. It gives on the other hand a bit moore spinn. I have played with it for a while using 2.0 or 2.2 and I like them both. Its also a rather cheap rubber wich is nice.
Lately I have started to use G DHS G 666 for my backhand wich is even greater for my, but since you are not looking for maximum speed I think that the Golbe 999 would be an exellent rubber for your backhand.

Well, to raise your rank I think practice is more essential then equipment
I also think that one month is a little short time to get used to new rubbers, offcourse depending on how often/much you practise. If you still want to change your rubbers it would be easier to help you out if you told what you are looking for. Is it a heavy spin/a fast rubber/ a rubber that is easy to control?
I myself am all into speed when it comes to my FH, so JUIC Couga is an exellent choise for me. As mentioned before I play Globe 999 or DHS G 666 for my backhand. They are both rather fast but not as extreme as Couga.
I think that G 666 plays faster then both G 555 and dipper. Dipper is faster then G 555 and Globe is somewhere between the both of them.

Out of those 2 I like Dipper 2.

BUT,

I like Globe 999T.  It is inexpensive, comes in a variety of sponge hardness, and isn't that heavy.  Also, another inexpensive rubber would be Focus in 2.2.  I'm not to keen on the 2.0, not enough speed for my taste.  It is very elastic and has some good grip for topspin/loops.

But if price is not a problem, you can't go wrong with Sriver FX and Bryce FX or Sriver EL for a little more speed.  But at 2-3 times more expensive than the first two I mentioned, is a little costly.

Hi again...actually I just order last night rubbers so drop me a PM so I can tell you about it later...Also reason I order 1.8mm is this

I HIT LOOPS TOO LONG (always just a nitch off the table) WITH 2.0mm

I HAVE A VERY FAST & HARD BLADE (I am allrounder) SO 1.8mm I hope WILL Help

and I really dont think there is SO BIG DIFFERENCE between 1.8 and 2.0 mm but main reason again is I think will help me get that ball right on the table...

So do you guys agree with me or not...

Its ok to change to 1.8mm then, but perhaps you should just change your stroke a little bit...

Correct your stroke more upwards, not so much forwards. If you do, you could get even 2.0mm or MAX thickness for more spin...

As for Dipper, I have one in red 2.0mm and its amazing. I use it unglued on DHS H-LG. It reminds me totaly to Bryce unglued, just a bit softer .Crazy ! Blocks are amazing easy, Looping is so much fun, slow or very fast. Flips are as great as blocking with Dipper...I really like it, also it lasts long and is very cheap !!

Hi Pr$son

The Dipper Off Wood is perfect to controll and have a good speed

and its a perfect combination for the dipper rubbers.

but i will try the new chinese DHS rubber Skyline (1.8mm or 2.0mm) i dont know but use any this rubber now and can ask me how good is this rubber??

dipper off+ wood: http://schoeler-micke.tabletennis-shop.de/oxid.php/sid/x/cl/details/cnid/8d3917d0d99c850b82495d0bbdb5fae1/anid/fbce907e45c63fadea8eb34d3cd30161/DIPPER-OFF+/

iss very fast.i play the Off wood: http://schoeler-micke.tabletennis-shop.de/oxid.php/sid/5ef157700ad4da0ed320162286238972/cl/details/cnid/3c692fc574aec4f3991f19028cc7ce9d/anid/902c0a21cdd7f0e527b1bfbbfb34b992/DIPPER-OFF/

its okay and have a perfekt balance from speed to control but my play style go in direction Off + and try this wood also in the future .

try this dipper woods Pr$son

I used to have a G666 for FH and Dipper 2 for RPB, its realyy easy for control. I think the Dipper 2 is even faster than the 666. But then i change to Neos sound.
