For a Penholder, is it good to lob, maybe only to intermediate level player.
When lobbing, should he do a little chop (side/under) on the ball, so the ball will lose power and drop down. Or do a little top spin(side/top), so the ball can curve down and still be on the table? Example like in this video, the Penholder seems to be very experienced in lobbing.
