Xiom have released more info on the Feel blades.  It's quite a mixed bag.

Lots of hinoki, some zeph carbon, some aramid carbon, some made in japan, some made in china.
This was a great signature until I realised it was overrated.

So much colour this year.  Are we at the stage where we can coordinate sponges and shoes?

the sanwei is a clipper clone. surprisingly, it is very bouncy for a clipper like blade. feels like a clipper but with a comfortable handle and slightly smoother surface. mine was 89 grams.

Q3 isn't out until October.  Made in japan makes me wonder if it's going to be like Mantra or Karis.
GF-R from what I've read is supposed to be another entry level ESN rubber, like Vega Intro, Musa or Gold Arc 5.
This was a great signature until I realised it was overrated.

Been away from table tennis for a year, was wondering if there's a new "in" forehand rubber that the chinese use, specifically penhold? whats xu xin using now? (I used to use a commercial skyline tg3 neo) and was thinking of going for the hurricane 8 before and if its still good then id get it this time around.

The metal tag on the triple carbon it's an improvement ( tibhar badges are shiny stickers) but paying double for it not so much.

Hey!

I'd love to hear more about these new sanwei blades.  Did you get to play with them?

About the dynamo, I'm pleasantly surprised to hear that it's similar to the nexy higgs, despite the dynamo being 5 ply and the higgs 7 ply.

Do you have info on the 2017 sanwei A9 by any chance?  (In particular, I can't find info on the thickness and on the top 2 wood layers. From what I've read it has an ayous core.  Sanwei claims it's a "classic" composition.  Is this a limba-limba-ayous or limba-ayous-ayous design?  Does it have a 5.6-6mm thickness, putting it in the primorac/stiga allround ballpark?)

GOD blessed, we still using celluloid balls for most local clubs. We do not need the costly updated staff. Celluloid is a great money-saver.[:D:] He he he he he he he he...
As for me, I favour classical allround rubbers over all the novelties..   Mark-V and Tibhar Speedy Spin would content me to the full.
