Yellow is thicker than white and is in line with traditional Chinese boosters like Dianchi, Seamoon and Kailin.
It does not soften the sponge as much as Dianchi, but softens it more than Seamoon. It does not add as much speed as Seamoon.
The white version is thinner and adds a lot of speed. It does not soften the sponge, but adds that insulated feeling.

For T05 and most other (47-50) Euro rubbers, use White. For harder rubbers, you can use Yellow.
