Yes, they should, just after Tennis WTA example. (my initial opinion) No, they should not (my opinion on some longer thoughts).
HERE my latter reasonings on the subject: -- In contrast to lawn tennis sport, very few of the elite table tennis coaches/players can speak fluent English. The dedicated tt fans would have to be able to equally command three different languages at a minimum, Chinese, German, Nipponese. English is the most used tongue for verbal communications in the tennis sport , and is too rarely used for table tennis. So, introducing microphone into our sport does look a premature idea, we need to teach all the international coaches and players English first. Zero chance of success, I'm afraid.
