38mm ball + speed glued rubber --> Banda/Donic Waldner
Looping/Close attack --> Avalox P500 (Nittaku Runlox-5) Fastest w/Control --> Yasaka Ma Lin Extra Offensive (Allround 40) Most Popular --> Yasaka Extra (J.P. Gatien/Sweden Extra) Best Feeling --> Banda/Donic Waldner All blades made at same factory (except Banda Waldner, made probably in Eskilstuna, not Tranås). |

OSP Virtuoso Small size, better feel, control, and playability than any other I've played.

Best 5 ply are Limba-Limba-Abachi-Limba-Limba. Thousands models, same blade, different technique of producing the wood. Best models I have had and used with 100% satisfaction are: - Mellis 93-95grams - Cor Du Buy Rubin 95-100 grams - Korbel Japan 88-90 grams - Bengtsson All models 95/96 grams - Sunflex Catapult 90 grams - Primorac Off- 1st series 90+ grams - Grubba ALL+ 92 grams With the newer blades I have not so big experience, only carbons, well known. Maybe Yasaka Ma Lin Extra Offensive (92-93 grams) is probably all you need for successful game if you are advanced player, otherwise you can look for 85-88grams blade. Tibhar Stratos Wood 88 grams once I tested and liked too, combined with standard Aurus rubbers. Good luck! |

Violin is my favorite 5 ply blade for looping. It's flex and throw make for a nice tight arc. For hitting and blocking I preferred the Avenger 5/ Ma Lin extra offensive. It has a crisp feeling on normal contact and flexes somewhat on harder hits.

Yes, and I remember it was the most voted blade before someone started multi-voting.

I deleted all options on the poll because there was an issue with multiple votes. People were voting more than one time in the same blade. Anyway thanks for your opinion.

Hello guys I want to see the available choises but I dont see anything in order to vote. Is it only me or there is something that needs to be fixed? Anyway my best 5 plywood blade I have played with, is the OSP virtuoso.

I believe there is an issue with the poll system in this forum.
In other forums, polls with multiple votes allow you to choose more than one option and than vote. But this same user is not able to vote again.

Thank you for taking care of this. I'm sure there is a way to set the poll up so that people can only vote once
I guess you could then restart the poll. Up to you, but thank you for a good idea |

I decided to delete the poll. Since I allowed multiple votes anyone could vote more than 1 time in the same blade and those numbers were not real.
