Hello Everyone!
I'm particularly interested in the Butterfly Hadraw JPV-S/R blade. It is a 5-ply Jpen blade. May I know, if anyone here has tried it? Would like to know the following if possible: 1) What is the wood composition? 2) Feel of blade more to hard or soft? 3) How is the power of the blade from mid to far distance? 4) Power compared to Walnut 5-ply blades such as Intensity & YEO? Jpenmaster, Shaolin, Chico, Turboz, Ron ..... anyone? Thank you! 😁 Edited by Chewy - 05/10/2017 at 9:18am |

Never tried any of the hardraw series blades. But judging by the thickness and choice of wood veneers (hard outer and soft second) in SR and VR I think it's safe to assume that SR may play like YES while VR play like YEO. Maybe a touch faster than their yasaka counterparts but probably not by much.
Here's a video by butterfly Hope this helps |
