Jkpro is actually a member who previously called himself pongster. He is a scammer who has been banned.

The scammer is banned and he/she keeps creating another ID and try to trick other members... How can we stop this kind of activity?

No obvious way to do it.  I look for similarities on posting style, PM's from members, and location, but there is not way to be sure each time.  Also, even after my Spidey Sense starts to tingle, if I don't have proof that somebody might be less than legit, I cannot do anything without evidence. 

I generally avoid new members, and I personally prefer to not buy or sell from abroad (I have done that before, but it makes me nervous, and I would never do it except with one of our many trusted sellers or buyers).  To be honest, even sending a blade to Canada makes me nervous.  I never use Friends and Family option.  I insure my packages.  I expect to see tracking numbers.
