Hi guys,
I hope I am not alone in this, I am flat feeted and I tend to wear basketball shoes to play TT as they have plenty of support, however at the end of each session, the top of my feet start to hurt, maybe I shuff in 'too much' support? I am wondering what do you guys use? Will real TT shoes help as they are lighter and have the support in the right place for your foot and are made for TT? |

You should use custom made insoles for your shoes, those will fix your problem. If you have problems with your feet, a regular shoe won't fix it.
