He has anti on BH and slow inverted on FH

This guy is good but not 2650.  That is Olvidio Ionescu's rating and Mr. Csaba is not that good.  He has fast hands but he doesn't even loop on the FH.  Seemiller and Eric Boggan even older I think have higher level than this guy (because they attack better).  Cristian Moldovan exposed his limitations.  I will say though that he is very impressive beating those strong youngsters.

I play Sakda on a regular basis and he doesn't use a Seemiller style BH. His BH is definitely nasty and he will make shots that will leave you shaking your head wondering how that was even possible to make.

It would be soul destroying to play him.

And younger players are more likely to struggle with the odd players than older players even with the same rating.

Yes, long pips used by Seniors are the antidote for fast rising trained juniors under 2000 rating.
