A not so common quality blade from Xiom, introduced in year 2006, 2nd batch, blade size is 162mm x 135mm, measured weight is 94g, thickness is 10.5mm, no white edge. It is named after South Korea double JPen player, Lee Chul Seung. He was from same era in which Yoo Nam Kyu and Kim Taek Soo dominated domestically and internationally in South Korean table tennis stage.

The player might not be famous as KTS or RSM or YNK, the wood used for the blade itself is however, same batch of quality Kiso Hinoki equal to Xiom RSM platinum. I am a happy user of Xiom RSM platinum, for it is somehow, easier to generate spin when stroke, especially underspin; another impression is the good bouncing/vibration characteristics.

You are correct partly for above statement, if consider LCS total length is same as CPL.
LCS total length is 162 + 97 = 259mm; CPL total length is 166 + 92 = 258mm.
It is more balanced to play than CPL,I have hard time to adapt to CPL, after playing 163 x 135 blade size Jpen for many years.
