wow, that's fast and easy.  you have enough time to clean your rubber thoroughly at towel breaks.

Pros do not use saliva, but their sweaty hand instead.

It's water. I say this in the video. One or two drops, in order that there will be no friction (otherwise the hand will melt and rubber be damaged also)
