Are there any pictures of it?

Would it be the one with thinner topsheet + thicker sponge?

ITC will launch this blade?
Is it the same blade that Xiom released several years ago? Do you have more details about it?

This one is made by ITC, so it will be different.

It is 10mm-thick, and made of Kiso Hinoki.

I cannot find any information about it on ITC's official website, but some of their domestic distributors are already selling it. So I guess they will soon update it on their website.

I can't say about popularity since Nexy, ITC and other brands are raising their awareness through aggressive promotion in Korea, while Xiom seems to be losing its position because they are focusing on overseas area rather than domestic market.

But still Xiom is more well known than Nexy and ITC.
