I'm thinking this is a premade. Can anyone shed some light on this blade?

looking at that rubber - likely premade. usually the sponge is a giveaway - soft and absorbs energy with very little return.

This blade is made with cheap basswood and handles looks like professional, but they are smaller in size. I have had similar paddle long time ago, rubbers are for the basket...Low quality and cheap paddle at all.

You want to know for sure? Peel off the rubber. Pre-made blades will be nearly impossible-most custom paddles are very easy. (Those rubbers need to go anyway unless it is for collecting rather than playing). One caveat is that in non-pre-made set ups the longer the rubber is on the more likely it will not come off easy, but age for age pre-mades are made to not change the rubber.
PS Not the OP question, but there are NO pre-made paddles as good as the cheapest set up from a Coles or zeropong or (insert your favorite dealer here).
