There is no real "pro", "prov" or "NT" H3 in the market.

I'm assuming that the guy you're talking about is the one in black.  I only watched the first game, but I thought his serve return was not very good.  He put two into the net and most of the others were high.

The dude in black appears to be using inverted, based on his strokes.

Pretty obvious the guy in red is using pips and twiddling.

You are correct, the guy in red is the twiddler.  Still not great at returning serves.

He is controlling the table, his shots don't look forced, he is not forced to move much.

2700, would have to see him vs a 2700 verified player before acknowledgement.

I can control the table against a much lower rated player, doesn't make me a 2400 level player.  He just stood there and hardly moved at all.
