The process shown in the video is not for the D40+, but the 40+, the one made of cellulose acetate. It has essentially the same process as celluloid. Shame on DHS for making a fuss about old technology.

The latest Nittaku video blows DHS out of the water.

Not sure how many have seen this. I found it interesting to see the QC. Looks like poly and celluloid are almost made the same way on the same equipment.
