Hi,
I don't find BD rubbers of good quality, with tackiness. The last ones that I got were without tackiness (!!), only my old models were with tackiness. Someone knows where can I get tacky ones?. If it is not possible, what rubber is equivalent to a tacky BD 40º or harder? Many Thanks in advance. Edited by jabemu - 04/09/2018 at 4:44am |

Forget the BD... it annoyed me when it changed properties after like one (1) playing session.
Get something else...

I haven't heard anything about the Apollo 5 and I see it's new on your site (or at least new to me as I haven't bought anything in a while). Is it similar to a 39 degree Big Dipper? How would you compare the 2? I probably shouldn't switch, but curiosity might get the best of me.

sorry, I thought you want a more or less galaxy 40+ rubber. If you want tacky rubber with galaxy's max tense, may be Moon Pro 39. However, you need to boost it.

My bad, galaxy indeed has a new rubber with tacky top-sheet and max tense sponge. It is Galaxy Jupiter 2.

@OP, Have you considered Gold Arc 8? It's not tacky, but it plays similar enough to BD and definitely last longer .... 3 months (or more if you take good care of it). A little bit faster than BD. Similar amount of spin. Similar control (both very good). Medium throw. Great all around rubber.
