I heard that TB spirit of over 90 grams generates a much more spinny loop than the one under 90 grams, is it true?

Yup, you only have to buy one and it will do the rest of the job. Not sure about 89g one, though.

if you swing perfectly with both with perfect timing n contact, the heavier paddle will produce a bigger ball
