Compare it yourself:

1) 1975 - 1979/1980 (A-E series) = red dyed limba
2) 1980 - 1982/1983 (F-I series) = paduk
3) 1983 and later = pine/spruce

So your blade is one of the last blades of the second (paduk) version, with a hard feeling, good for blocking ans smashing

Well, the picture is not really good (too dark), but for me the letter looks like an E (not I).
But on the other side the second veneer looks very dark, more like Padua than red dyed limba.
Please proof it yourself: if the veneer definitely is red, the letter should be an E.
In this case the blade is from the first Offensiv Wood series.

The serial number is a combination of the letter I, followed by the number 02.

I refers to the year of 1983 and 02 refers to the second week of the year; i.e. in January.

The Kjell Johannson handle, was the name put on Stiga's conical handles.

The blade is not original. Someone has removed the handle-cup on the backhand-side and added a new (more squarish) handle-cup. Originally there was another conic handle-cup with a black lens (with "Stiga" in it).

Stiga has produced 3 versions of their Offensiv Wood. On these versions the second veneer changed over the time from red dyed limba over a very hard paduk veneer up to pine at the end.

The second version is the hardest and strongest versions, good for smashing. The third version is very good for loopers and the first is good in all strokes, but not perfect in any one.

On the side of the handle there should be a kind of serial-number (one letter and 2 numbers). This "serial" shows the year and week of production. So if you upload a picture of the side of the handle, I should be able to tell you the right version and the exact week of production.
