Hey does anyone know how to remove the carbon out of the blade without damaging the whole blade?

I thought about it too. I guess you have to remove the top ply and scrap off the carbon layer. You need to get a new top ply though. Thinking about it, it is not really possible

Put the blade in a microwave for an hour or so and the carbon layer will magically disappear...along with rest of the blade though...

I've seen the carbon layer of a blade separate along with the top ply due to bad quality, but it would probably be close to impossible to do it on purpose.

I've had it happen when I hit the end of the table, while I was practicing, I was injured at the time and didn't have as much control as normal. I was using a balsa ALC blade, and it came apart where the 2 materials join together, actually split about 1/3 way through the blade. I've been told that it is difficult to get carbon to bond to balsa. Thankfully it was an inexpensive blade. The blade wasn't easily repairable, not and be anywhere near what it was like new.
