I think it's a beginners rubber.

The one I tried REALLY lacks power, and I put it on a fast blade.

i know a very reputable tt coach who uses this rubber. he says he did not require expensive rubbers because his technique generates enough power and it suites his game.

Yep, there's probably nothing wrong with it. Being a beginners rubber it's likely to be slow but with good control. Sounds perfect for a coach!

Thanks for the kind words.... I add a few more updates every week, but there are so many rubber out there that no-one knows anything about!

If any of you have tried some chinese rubbers and are willing to do a little review(even if it's only a few lines), that would be awesome! I'd be happy to add it to the website, and add you name (or nickname) to give you credit.

I always think SOME information is better than NO information...certainly the chinese description on the covers are no help at all!

I really like amigo for the price... I would put it as one of the best rubbers under $4... really it pretty good for a chinese style, and it can brush loop with medium throw.  Moreover, it's not that terribly slow.  Better than a lot of 729's baseline rubbers.
