Whoever suggested that must have been high on mince pies and Jaffa cakes.

Someone took a pic of jun raquet and checked the number of LARC

When do the Dignics rubbers hit the market? Will 05, 64, 80, etc... all be released at the same time?
Current Setup: TBS FH T80/BH D80
Official USATT Rating 1815
Current estimated level: 1800-1900.

Did they? I thought Andy may have been referring to himself with that comment...

why don't you just buy a similar model with that headsize  unless you want HT and BTY on the blade

Why? There already is one. It being literally exactly the same blade as another with just a different handle would be pretty pointless and give you less options.

Cool, after that tenergy 05 will cost only 49 euros 😁
Tenergy 05 price will remain in the place like now. Dignics 05 will cost over 62 euros.

Looking at the parameters it is nothing special to be excited about. Wondering if Butterfly was working in collaboration with Apple on the Sponge X (IPhone X) lol

On Boll's Facebook page - optical illusion, or is one of those sponges a bit more red than orange...

This was a great signature until I realised it was overrated.

Does Timo Boll Switch to Dignics 05 yet? Since Mizutani is already using Dignics 80 to win the All-Japan Championship this year!

Look at the photo above. Looks like T05h on forehand and Dignics 05 on BH.

Hi,

Now that we know how to pronounce GEWO and XIOM, any progress on the pronunciation of Dignics?  The "i"'s are short?

And progress on the origin of the name?  A portmanteau as is Tenergy or an acronym or the name of the engineer who achieved the breakthrough or the name of the street on which the rubber was developed or ...?

Thanks,
Tenergy: Two weeks of heaven, followed by three months of excellence, then, a nice rubber.

Based on the katakana writing in Japanese it reads like your first initial guess most likely. Dig is like dig a hole. No surprise because die-g would be weird. Nics is like the name Nick, but pretend you know two people named Nick and make it plural.

Or, and this is simpler but still confusing. Phonetically it is simply spelled dignics.

Is the bottom row the color of Rozena? While the top row would be Tenergy 05 Hard?  The question is does Dignics have sponge with the just the color or with some of the characteristics of Rozena sponge?

Lol dignics 05 is nowhere near a rozena. Rozena is meant as a budget option while retaining some of the tenergy feel. It's not a bad rubber but damn do you have to work for the balls lol

Whoever suggested that must have been high on mince pies and Jaffa cakes.

Someone took a pic of jun raquet and checked the number of LARC

How do you see the larc number? there used to be a another set of pages with pictures but from the new ITTF website we cannot see this list anymore?

Go to ITTF.com choose menu, equipment and then the LARC2018B can be downloaded.
