This would be invaluable for looping underspin and other low balls in a healthy way without dropping the shoulders to induce lumbar bending...

Figured out how to do that, if you brace your core without using air it's not too bad. It's the same principle, brace core and then try to bend! So you can bend + rotate quite a bit at the chest. I can bend
Edit: I think it's not 45 deg bending but only 10-20 bending, rotation is a lot easier.... I was actually bending more from the hips
