I have been using dhs w968 with dhs hurricane 3 neo national 40 on the forehand boosted with haifu oil.The rubbers plays amazing for two weeks and then the effect dies out. Can you please suggest alternatives to use on the forehand as i am tired of boosting again and again.I tried tenergy 05 but the throw seemed too high and i didnt like it much on forehand. Will rubbers like mxp 50 and tenergy 05 hard feel better and more similar to my hurricane 3? Please give suggestions.

You might want to give DHS Gold Arc 8/50 a go.

I would suggest Golden Tango. Tenergy 05 Hard and MX-P 50 are totally different animals. I know some MX-P players have to reboost after the factory tune wears off so you would be in the same boat. T05 Hard has a lower throw than regular 05 and has a hardness you might like but with no tack on the topsheet it will require a lot.of adjustments.

You're gonna have to either go with hybrid rubbers like Golden Tango or the equivalent from other manufacturers (K1, BlueGrip) or keep boosting if you want to maintain similar playing characteristics. Euro/Jap rubbers like MXP and T05 are different animals even with the stiffer versions. Maybe get a H3 Prob/National at 39 degree and boost with FTL. Should last 2-3 months before having to reboost.

Hi,
i will try using hurricane 3 39 with 3 layers of falco then. Hopefully it remains fast for atleast 2 months and has enough spin.

Falco works good on Tenergy/ESN but every time I try it on H3 it's a failure. I have tried 1,2,3 and 4 layers before and while it curls all crazy I dont get the boosted effect . Personally Seamoon and Dianchi work much better. I'm not that big into boosting so maybe I did something wrong with Falco.

What about Nittaku Hurricane Pro 3 turbo orange/blue sponge?
Shouldn't they be the natural consequence if you don't want to boost your original H3 anymore?

MXP is a completely different kind of rubber. You are welcome to try it no one can convince you online.
FTL works fine on H3. There are plenty of threads covering this topic. While it won't be as good as dianchi or some other Chinese boosters, I'd say the trade-off between longevity and booster effect is worth it. I can't imagine having to boost every few weeks. There are also plenty of ppl playing H3 Neo Prov/National without boosters. If you can only play them with only the best booster during the most effective period, you need to work on your technique.

Guni, it depends on if you want convenience or quality. First of all 05 or MXP hard won't have the same feel as your H3. If you want to try FTL, I wouldn't try it on a new sheet, in case you don't like it and with it one of my sheets suffered separation (of the top sheet) although I cannot be 100% sure that it was the cause. Golden Tango PS felt okay.
