How to hold thumb by shakehand grip? |

Hello guys,

While not a strong player, I studied this issue. All young pros use grip 731, which makes BH loops/flicks/counters easier (that's true even for me). 618 is only seen among older players (Fang Bo, Bastian Steger, Ovidiu Ionescu, Timo Boll).
I went with 618 nevertheless to increase my FH power. By now (two years later) I am practicing changing the grip when changing sides, with some success. |

Either. Which one feels more comfortable and natural to you? Also it is not uncommon for players to switch grip slightly between FH and BH.
