I start this thread as there is very limited resource on the internet on swat speed blade.
The reviews often come in JPN or Chinese. Its commonly known that Swat and swat power are popular blade.
Regular swat are know for balance overall, speed spin generation and control.
Swat power are for hard hitting and solid blocking game, ex koki niwa, with excellent control.

SWAT speed? Faster ? or bouncier ? or made for fast maneuver? I don't really have a clue.
So i headed to the store and bought one(its on clearance sale). Swat speed can vary from 80-88, from 4-5 blades left on the shelf.

Profile : Classic 7 plies limba- ayous composition with smoked outer surface, 6.0mm thickness
Rubber : fastarc G1 2.0 both

Reference 7 plies blades ranking by speed : nexy lissom, samsonov force pro, regular SWAT, force pro black ed, avalox p700, clipper(regular without wrb or cr), SWAT speed, blank space for blank Swat power and Xiom extreme s

Impression :
SWAT speed is OFF. Though its not bouncy at short game, its lack of crispness at soft brush i need, this due to the blade is not quite flexy as regular SWAT or p700 its more solid like clipper and force pro black-ed. It is noticeably faster that regular swat. Not fast as extreme S and alongside at clipper level. Compare to regular 7 plies, swat series offer large sweet spot. The swat speed is not inferior at mid-distance(where it shine) and long distance is not lacking power at all. Blocking is relishing, good feedback.

Downside : Im not comfortable with mid gear its hard to catch up the deepness on each stroke
Sunny side up : one of the most comfortable fl with sanded edge, high quality craftsmanship.

Conclusion : if you are so confusing with SWAT series please bear in mind of the swat carbon, swat5p
and Swat kid existence. But please stop it right here, right now.

Swat regular is for all round oriented, artistic spin loop kind of guy.

Swat speed is for clipper fans with larger sweet spot, a notch faster weird feeling at mid gear, lack of crispness on soft brush, excels at power loop mid distance and a non steroid blocking hitting machine.

Swat power is clearly OFF+, I could confirm from lots of references and JPN reviews that it is as fast as alc with more woody feel and made for solid block-hitting strategy. Though the rating from victas website state swat power is faster than swat speed by small number but its not, the gap is bigger than that.

Hope it helps
