Hello all,
I need advice regarding Tenergy rubbers and a Nittaku SCZ. First of all, I have never played a Tenergy. Currently I play the SZC with a Victas V15 Stiff in 2.0 and a Victas V03 in 2.0. Both rubbers should be a bit harder, but for now I'll finish the second round with them. Since there is no lack of testing pleasure and money, I would like to try a Tenergy at least once during my active career. Since I do not know my way around, I am dependent on help. Can anyone recommend a Tenergy for forehand and backhand? I play in Germany and have about 1850 ranking points. Forehand is played rather active, backhand like block and sometimes flip. To be honest, I also play more often from half distance. Thanks a lot! |

A good starting point:
T05/T19 for FH T64/T80 for BH Go for "Hard"(limited to T05) if you like a harder feel or "FX" if you like a softer feel. Spin-oriented/shorter, higher arc T05 ~ T19 Middle-of-the-road T80 Speed-oriented/longer, lower arc T64 |

Sounds like a good summary and overview. What sponge thickness would you recommend? |

2.1, always. No point in playing Tenergy, otherwise.
