Nice blade ! I saw one picture of Acoustic where the colour is rather brownish, whilst yours is normal light colour. Which is the original colour ?

All of them are original. the old one is dark brown, and the new one is a bit more yellow.
The ST version grip is very comfortable, the grip is big enough for my hand.
My FL weight 87 Gr, ST is heavier 91 Gr. I use grip on my FL which becomes 92.8 Gr. So the ST version is lighter without having to use add on grip.
I put Polyurethane on the handle to prevent it from dust, and makes it more shinny :)
Hearing from Aeoliah's advice, I bought it from Ace Hardware "Gloss Finish", manufactured by Sherwin-Williams Diversified Brands.

I used to own a 91g used Acoustic-ST BUT unloaded it for a lighter 86g 1. Its color is really nice kinda Brown unlike Violin's which is alot more pale and looks very delicate.
The FL handle is kinda too slim @ the mid-section for my liking and ST 1 is so very comfy. They look both very "raw" if u put any/both of them wif Bty higher ends together for photo shoot but they are both equally dear. If money is not the issue wif me, I'd luv to own them both.
Wow, our dear Moderator finally shows us his pride and joy eh???

The Acoustic's outer ply must be Limba (maybe Koto - but i think Limba)!

I'm not sure about the ViolinCryCryCry

Tiehwen,
Somewhere in this forum someone mentioned that Acoustic is available in C-pen for Korean market, but it is not available at the website of Champion Korea. Do you have some information about this ?

either ttman or thenam said that once but he didn't back up his "claim" with anything.
But seeing "it" is believing!
Wouldn't be sweet if there were really jpen n cpen versions available for ppl to enjoy? I'll most definitely go for a jpen!
