Hi all,

I'm selling a almost new Darker Tanpan Hinoki blade in FL. I have settled on my blade and therefore selling it. This blade is used less than an hour in perfect like new condition. No flaws at all.


Comes with original box.

Thanks for all comments and bump. It is indeel a good nice blade. It is best be in the hands that could use it to it max potential.

Patrick, the weight is 96 gram using my weight watcher kitchen scale.
The pics were in it's correct orientation but after uploading to a free image host, it got upside down. But it seems to be fine now

This is Tanpan, not Speed 90, correct?

96 g seems like too much for 9 mm blade. Are you sure? Kitchen scales are usually not well calibrated.

Yes this is Tanpan not speed 90. Sorry, I only have that kitchen scale to weigh it.

Isn't Speed 90 just a subset of Darker Tanpan? to my knowledge it is correct to call the Speed 90 "Darker Tanpan Shake Speed 90".


That is true, formally - but one of the blades is called simply Darker Tanpan, and the other is Darker Speed 90. I played with both, Tanpan is a tad thinner and a bit slower, like OFF-. Still a great blade.
