Because one ebay seller from China is selling one with out packaging......you make it sound like the standard price is $24 no shipping? Condition: New other (see details): A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, The average selling price on the W6 is $30 no free shipping. The ebay seller you are referring to sells the packaged new blade for about $27 shipped. FREE BUMB to seller for a fair deal! |

I think $24 is a fair price.
There isn't any packaging to this blade anyway. It only comes in shrinked wrap plastic and depends on the seller to package the way they want it to save shipping cost.

 time is $$ Ebay = 1-3 weeks (2 months once in my case) this guy = less than a week

I don't have the galaxy box but the galaxy printed shrinkwrap is more authentic for claiming it is brand new never used.
