Aeoliah, I think the Borko has a high power to weight ratio due to its balsa core. So it probably has more power than most other blades in the same weight class. But other than that, does it play like a single-ply hinoki? By that I mean does it feel soft, and controlable but the power starts to kick in fast and furious when you get crazy..?

I think it is a bit softer than single ply hinoki, control is better, and speed is quite satisfactory.

a friend told me before just break teh blade in half form the start and wood glue it back together. it plays exactly the same as before u broke it. nothing changes but he said it might get a tiny tiny bit stiffer but barely. he did it to any of the 1 plys he had which is allot.
