Pretty much the outcome i had envisioned except i thought Jiaqi would have taken top spot for WS, she needs a win like this ...she's had too many "bad things" happen in her life to this point, a big win here would have helped her mentally.

if you guys are going to tune in from tomorrow for the Pan Am Juniors, BTY will be taking over the streams i heard.

Canada has a lot of good young athletes unfortunately for many....they chose the wrong sport ...

Its interesting in Canada, top 11 players do not play in North American cup. Eugene is not here so understandable but remaining top 10 are more into coaching or retired.  Our team starts from number 12 onwards.

They do if inactive for 2 years, but these players tend to play a tournament or so and maintain their rating. Helps them to substantiate that they are coaches with such high rating.

* Hong tao retired from play, official Ontario Coach

* Xavier Therien, retired officially a few months ago

* Andre Ho, retired from National play

* James Pintea, retired from national play...University

* Michelle Liaw, retired  University NCTTA (unlikely now)

* Anqi Luo , retired University (NCTTA)

* Xuebo Li, retired University (NCTTA)

*Shirley Fu, retired awhile ago for University (NCTTA unlikely now)

*Sara and Stephanie...more or less retired provincial possible

*Amy Nichols, retired national play...Provincial unknown

*Betty Guo, retired university (NCTTA unlikely now)

All this could change tomorrow...unlikely

many others but it's a bloody long list...University/School unlikely to compete at any national as training for one is not gonna happen so they cannot compete at that level.

We have a HUGE GAP in talent now, not saying the young ones coming in have no talent but just a HUGE GAP....Canadian TT has been crippled now for a few years many reasons no solution insight.

My own personal analysis, many will disagree...i don't care

We have NOT had a fulltime men's coach since Duan, we most likely have also lost the women's coach too...current coaches are "just there", there have been NO Official statement made or posted this does not take away from their abilities as coaches...TTCAN has not made it official other than posting them on the list.
