i believe its just a pad..... a panty liner goes on the inside of the underwear, and catches all the discharge coming out of the vagina.......where as a tampon goes up into it, sits in a comfortable position and arbsorbes all the stuff before it has a chance to come out. For this reason you have to change them more frequently than a pad so you dont get TSS ( toxic shock syndrome ) hence why its probally recomended to wear a pad to bed, and use a tampon if your going to be active during the day and do things were a pad might move around ... i dont know, i dont have any first hand expereince. anyone want to add to this thread high jack, maybe female users could explain a little more, i feel ive covered the basics tho. |
