Incredible. I'd be interested to know what percentage of these he is getting on. I found it hard to tell from the video.
I really want to know what kind of practise they specifically do with regards to getting these shots to transfer into games. For me, the mental side is a big hurdle in trying to execute practise shots into a league match. I suspect most of it is just doing it often enough in practise to build the confidence to go for it as soon as the opportunity arises in matches. Even so, I wonder if they do any specific bridging exercises between drills and matches.
