I just bought a sheet of Mizuno Charge Pro on it's way from Japan. I was wondering what it means that it's a "tension type" rubber. Does that imply a built in speed glue effect? http://www.mizuno.co.jp/tabletennis/rubber/index.html

tension means if im not wronge its suppost to be fst like its glued like bryce or varites, bith high tension rubbers.
