I have been using hurricane 3 neo on my bh and as a respected forum member put it you need (turbo nutter swings) to get enough pace with it.
What it does really well for me is allows me to serve short and tight enough to stop my serve being attacked mostly. It also allows me to return tight serves short and tight. It is also very good for opening loops. However it is not designed for driving. I know this is not really a quality of Chinese rubber in general. So I need a rubber that I can serve tight and good short game but a bit more zip on drives but I kind of want Chinese. I have a sheet of Sanwei Target National which I bought for my fh but I think this might work on the backhand. It is very spinny and very fast for Chinese rubber, however it is still max. I have a theory that 'sponge bottoming out' can be a good thing on drives and gives you skiddy flat drives which are hard to return if you have the power in your bh. I just need 1.9 or 2.0mm version. |

Mog you can get h3-50 in 2.0 in a slightly softer hardness - its a thinner and more dynamic sponge (#50, like a hard tenergy-esque sponge) under the h3 topsheet. It certainly has all the advantages of chinese rubber on the backhand - strong short game, easy blocking, easy opening loops against underspin. Will give you more pace, not sure if enough but a step in the right direction. Certainly worth a try. Whale II is also a good chinese rubber for the backhand, very reliable and more pace than h3 neo.

I agree too @chronos. You can get H3-50 with 37 degree.
I'm playing with H3-50 for BH and H3 Neo - FH.

If you want H3-50 with less tackiness and more pace, Stiga Genesis may be your answer.
It is also Chinese and it is easier to find in 2.0. |

I would suggest Skyline 3. Just a bit livelier than Hurricane 3.

Yes, with blue sponge. Or Yinhe Big Dipper. Galaxy may produce any thickness. |

Just whacked H3N on both sides of an Andro ligna off, that seems to give them a bit more umph. spinny as buggery
