This looks so much similar to Goiabao 5. From its pictures, the top ply looks similar, could be different species of rosewood family I'm not sure, but definitely related. The 2nd layer looks the same, which happens to be scandinavian pine according to yasaka's website. Also the same thickness of 6.1mm

Maybe people at yasaka realized how lame "Goiabao" sounds, and could fend off potential buyers despite being a very good blade

So it is safe to assume this plays similarly to Goiabao 5. Might get this blade to try out.
