I use the same to clean, sometimes a little of the TT cleaner.

But every week or so I use Spinmax with an applicator and clean it in a clockwise pattern. This has worked out good.

I have been using this homemade formula for several years and it's great.  Go purchase a bottle of 409 MULTIPURPOSE cleaner, and mix 10% of that with 90% of water.  That's a great cleaner and will never damage the rubber.  I have used that on MarkV, Sriver, H3, and they last very long.

I used Spinmax with H3 rubber. I found that Spinmax Red seemed to work a little better than Spinmax Blue.

i just use water. after a week of so then i clean it off ith acetone. not the way most people do it because it'll dry out the topsheet, but it sure makes it like new. i change h3 sheets every 2 or 3 weeks anyway so it doesn't affect me at all
