I noticed a couple weeks ago Butterfly has been releasing autographed blades. I have seen Mizutani,Fukuhara and Timo Boll so far. Here is my Boll blade has anyone else picked one up?

Butterflyonline in the United States is selling the Timo Boll blades. Ping-pong.tw had Mizutani and Fukahara. Not sure in your region who has them.

....and Butterfly shorts, socks and shoes, stuff your Jun Mizutani Super ZLC rackets into a Butterfly dual racket carrying case, lug your Butterfly gear around in a Butterfly lug your gear bag, and fire up your Tenergy with Butterfly Jun Mizutani Extremely Fair Chack.

Off topic, but Donic TT clothing is of incredibly high quality and looks much cooler than Btfly. Even further off topic. Once again I learn that in TT we don't have it so bad. In cycling the shorts and jerseys you need to ride are several fold more expensive, even when I buy them from Chinese websites. And on a road bike if you don't have the right clothes your private parts will suffer horrible trauma pretty quickly, not to mention the wind will frustrate you if you like to go fast. Back on topic, it is interesting that Butterfly is unique in dealing with distributors this way. My only solution has been to use Btfly blades I bought years ago and to not use their rubber (actually that was a decision I eventually made on playing criteria, not the predatory Btfly marketing strategy). I imagine this is a machine signature they are selling on the blade. |

I have to say the idea of having something that someone wrote their name on never actually appealed to me. I must not be sufficiently reverent of the Greats Among Us.

I wouldn't mind an artefact where Pablo Picasso, Vincent Van Gogh, or Leonardo da Vinci wrote their name on it. I could list about a hundred more, but you got my point...

I'd go for that too. But I wouldn't ask Justin Bieber for his autograph. |

This is a real autographed blade that JSH used to play with. It is completely different from the retail version. I got it as a gift from one of his teammates.
CHEERS!
